Our role

Kinetix is a video aggregator that embeds public, third-party content via open APIs. We do not host the video files directly; they are streamed from the original provider. We respect intellectual property rights and respond quickly to valid notices.

Reporting infringement

Use the Report button under any video and choose "Copyright Violation" — the video is hidden immediately for review. For a formal notice, email support@kinetixpulse.app.

What a notice should include

Your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the Kinetix page URL or video ID; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We will block the identified video from all Kinetix feeds. Because the file is hosted by a third party, we also recommend sending a notice to the original host (for example Dailymotion) to have it removed at the source.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same details to support@kinetixpulse.app.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post or promote infringing content may be terminated.
